These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, digital services, eSIM products, and related global connectivity services provided by VCF World ("VCF World," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using any VCF World product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, download, install, activate, or use our products or services.
VCF World provides global digital connectivity services, including prepaid eSIM mobile data plans that allow travelers and other users to access participating mobile networks in supported countries and regions.
Our connectivity services may be provided through third-party telecommunications carriers, mobile network operators, roaming partners, technology providers, and other service partners.
Network availability, coverage, technology, and performance may vary depending on your location, device, local telecommunications infrastructure, network congestion, carrier policies, weather conditions, governmental or regulatory restrictions, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Our services are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "best-effort" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific network speeds, latency, network quality, coverage, or compatibility with every device, network, or geographic location.
You are responsible for ensuring, before purchasing an eSIM, that your device:

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or provided under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, we are not responsible for any inability to install, activate, or use an eSIM resulting from an incompatible device, carrier-locked device, incorrect device configuration, operating system restrictions, or other device-related circumstances.
VCF World eSIM plans are generally sold as prepaid digital products.
After completing a purchase, you may receive an eSIM installation method, such as a QR code, activation code, direct installation link, automatic installation method, or other digital provisioning method.
A stable internet connection may be required to install or activate an eSIM.
You are responsible for following the installation and activation instructions provided and for properly configuring your eSIM and device.
You should not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed to do so or unless you no longer require the service.
In some circumstances, an eSIM that has been deleted from a device may not be capable of being reinstalled or may require assistance from customer support.
Installation methods, activation requirements, validity periods, included data allowances, supported countries or regions, available networks, and other plan-specific conditions may vary by product.
The product description, plan details, and applicable limitations presented at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.
Each eSIM plan is subject to the validity period, data allowance, and other conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific plan, unused data has no cash value and will not automatically roll over, be refunded, or be transferred to another plan after expiration.

You may not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or disruptive activities.

Certain eSIM plans may also be subject to Fair Usage Policies ("FUP") imposed by local mobile network operators or telecommunications partners.
Where applicable, after specified usage thresholds are reached, network operators may reduce speeds, restrict certain network functionality, temporarily limit service, or take other reasonable network-management measures.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service where reasonably necessary if we determine that the service is being used for prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product or plan description, VCF World eSIM plans are generally data-only services.
Data-only eSIM plans may not provide a traditional mobile telephone number and may not support conventional voice calls, SMS messaging, or emergency calling services.
You should not rely exclusively on a VCF World data-only eSIM to contact police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency services.
When traveling, you are responsible for maintaining an alternative means of contacting local emergency services where necessary, such as a local SIM card, voice-enabled mobile service, or another appropriate communication method.
Internet-based calling, instant messaging, or other third-party communication applications may function when a data connection is available. However, their availability and reliability depend on third-party services and local network conditions, and we do not guarantee their continued availability.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, eSIM data plans are generally sold as one-time prepaid purchases.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
Where complete credit card or other payment credentials are securely processed by third-party payment providers, we do not directly store or have access to your complete payment card information.
By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our applicable payment service providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges disclosed before payment.
Depending on your billing location, transaction location, payment method, or applicable legal requirements, certain transactions may be subject to taxes or other legally required charges.
Because eSIMs are digital products that may be delivered immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may depend on whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, used, or otherwise begun consuming the applicable service.
Refunds, cancellations, plan changes, and other related matters are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a technical issue attributable to VCF World or the applicable service system prevents you from reasonably using the service you purchased, we may, depending on the circumstances and applicable policies, provide technical assistance, an alternative solution, service compensation, or a refund.
Where an inability to use the service results from device incompatibility, a carrier-locked device, user error, incorrect installation, incorrect configuration, or other circumstances not attributable to us, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
VCF World may rely on third-party telecommunications carriers, roaming partners, mobile network operators, technology providers, payment processors, and other service providers to deliver some or all aspects of our services.
We do not own or directly control all underlying telecommunications networks or infrastructure used to provide the services.
Third-party telecommunications carriers or service providers may, for operational, technical, policy, regulatory, or other reasons, change:

We aim to provide reliable global connectivity. However, telecommunications and internet services inherently depend on infrastructure and systems operated across different countries, regions, and third-party networks.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service at every location, time, or under every circumstance.
Temporary service interruptions, reduced network speeds, changes in signal quality, or inability to connect in a particular area do not automatically entitle a user to compensation or a refund, except as provided under our Refund & Cancellation Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VCF World and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the VCF World website and related services, including brand names, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, source code, databases, text, photographs, videos, designs, user interfaces, and other original content, are owned, controlled, or lawfully licensed by VCF World and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our website and services only for lawful personal purposes or authorized business purposes.
